I’m Ayneka Benjamin, a COO and EOS Integrator who has served as the execution partner to a Founder/Visionary in a SaaS environment. I have led across revenue operations, Customer Success, project delivery, leadership alignment, process design, and organizational change.

I have built functions from the ground up, installed operating rhythms that moved teams away from reactive management, strengthened retention and business discipline, redesigned onboarding and workflows, and helped leaders turn broad intentions into clear ownership and execution.
