Develop the leader responsible for turning vision into execution.
Tampa Bay Operators is a six-month executive development experience for senior Operators and second-in-command leaders who are responsible for making the Founder’s vision real.
Through private coaching, a carefully curated peer room, and practical application inside the business, Operators build the confidence and leadership discipline to address issues, establish ownership, and drive accountability through execution.
Your Operator should not have to figure out the seat alone.
Senior Operators are expected to create clarity from ambiguity, translate vision into execution, hold leaders accountable, resolve cross-functional friction, and keep momentum without becoming the bottleneck themselves.
The goal is not to turn the Operator into the Founder. It is to develop the confidence, judgment, and operating discipline required to lead effectively from their own seat.
The Operator learns to address difficult issues directly instead of waiting for the Founder to become the escalation path.
The Operator becomes more effective at establishing who owns what, following through, and ensuring execution does not stall between meetings.
Both leaders gain greater clarity around roles, communication, decision rights, trust, and the relationship required to execute well together.
The Operator develops the confidence to make decisions, challenge thoughtfully, lead peers, and distinguish what they should solve from what truly requires the Founder.
High trust. Useful candor. Real operating work.
Confidentiality
The room only works if leaders can talk about the decisions, dynamics, and people issues they cannot process casually elsewhere.
Specificity
We work on the real situation in front of you. The goal is not generic inspiration; it is better judgment and a usable next move.
Peer caliber
The group is curated so members are learning alongside other leaders carrying meaningful operating responsibility — not simply collecting contacts.
From first conversation to your seat at the table.
This is the path we can walk through together on a discovery call. The purpose is mutual fit: the right leader, the right room, and clear expectations before anyone joins.
Founder Alignment
We establish what the Founder needs from the Operator, where recurring friction exists, and what observable improvement should look like.
Operator Baseline
We understand the Operator’s seat, goals, leadership challenges, current confidence, and the issues they are being asked to carry.
Development
Monthly private coaching, the curated peer room, hot seats, Slack, and practical application inside the actual business.
90-Day Checkpoint
Founder and Ayneka review observable progress, remaining friction, and whether the development plan needs adjustment.
Six-Month Review
We assess transformation, identify the next stage of development, and make a clear renewal or transition decision.
A peer room with operating discipline.
The group is designed to create enough structure that the time is useful without turning the room into another meeting you have to survive. Members bring live issues, decisions, patterns, and leadership challenges worth working on.
Enough structure to make the room useful. Enough space to work on what is real.
Every meeting follows a familiar rhythm so members can arrive ready to contribute instead of spending time figuring out what kind of meeting they are in.
Operator Pulse
Wins, pressure points, business movement, and the current health of the Operator–Visionary relationship.
Leadership Lab
A short facilitated pattern, principle, or discussion led by Ayneka that can be applied immediately.
Hot Seats
Two to three operators go deep on live decisions, people issues, friction, or execution challenges with peer counsel and direct coaching.
Commitments
Every operator leaves naming the next move they will carry before the room meets again.
The best room is not the biggest room.
Likely a strong fit
- You are a COO, Integrator, senior operator, or second-in-command.
- You hold meaningful responsibility for company-wide execution.
- You are willing to be candid about what is not working.
- You want challenge and perspective, not just affirmation.
- You are prepared to contribute to other leaders as much as you receive.
Probably not the room
- You are primarily looking for leads, referrals, or transactional networking.
- You are an EOS Implementer, consultant, or professional facilitator looking for a practitioner peer group rather than serving in an operating seat.
- You want a classroom where someone else does all the thinking.
- You cannot discuss challenges with discretion and respect.
- You are not yet operating at a level where cross-functional leadership is part of the seat.
- You want formulas more than thoughtful judgment.
The room does not disappear when the meeting ends.
Each member receives one private 45–60 minute coaching session with Ayneka every month. That is where we can go deeper on your leadership, your relationship with the Visionary, and the situations that require more context than a group conversation allows.
Dedicated space to work through your judgment, leadership patterns, difficult conversations, and the operating work that belongs specifically to you.
Use the group between meetings for peer counsel, accountability, questions, progress, and wins. Slack keeps the relationships alive without turning membership into on-demand private coaching.
The minimum commitment creates enough continuity to build trust, see recurring patterns, and measure whether the way you lead and partner with your Visionary is actually changing.
The Founder sponsors the development. The Operator owns the coaching relationship.
Private coaching remains confidential so the Operator has the candor required to grow. At the same time, progress toward mutually established development outcomes is reviewed with the sponsoring Founder at key checkpoints.
Visibility into agreed development goals, participation, observable progress, organizational recommendations, and overall movement against the outcomes established at the beginning.
Specific coaching conversations, personal disclosures, comments about colleagues, Slack discussions, hot-seat details, and Ayneka’s private coaching notes.
A more confident Operator who addresses issues, establishes ownership, and drives accountability through execution.
Ayneka Benjamin
I am a COO, EOS Integrator, executive coach, and operating partner who has spent years carrying the work between a Founder/Visionary and the organization responsible for making the vision real.
I built this program because strong Operators need more than another framework. They need a place to sharpen judgment, see patterns sooner, work through live issues, and practice leading from the seat they already carry. I facilitate the room, pull wisdom from the group, and coach directly when I see a pattern that needs to be named.
The goal is not to leave with more ideas. It is to leave clearer about what you are going to do.
Let’s decide whether this table should include you.
Our first conversation is about your seat, the challenges you are carrying, and whether this group is likely to make you meaningfully better at the work. The outcome we care about is not attendance. It is an Operator who confidently addresses issues, ensures ownership and accountability in execution, strengthens the Founder–Operator relationship, and contributes to healthier business growth.
